- Why the name Gluchy and how it evolved ?
I would leave this topic as an interesting puzzle to the viewers..you can easily get the dictionairy meaning but it would take time to think how this is related to a poster and thats a Gluchian thinking. We need something picky, creative, a different kind of thinking during the initial phase of selecting a trademark and an unique meaning.

- What kind of softwares are used to create Gluchy Posters?
There are several phases created before a final image gets a finishing touch with a Gluchy watermark. Once a logic has been identified, logic will be converted into a base game image with basic colors using CS3 Extended version. All the posters have been created with latest high-end Mac softwares. Post effects are achieved by Adobe After Effects on a Mac. It is more than just using the high end softwares. Macro Photography plays a very critical role in communicating the message to the viewers.

- Why do we need to Subscribe ?
Subscription is the only of downloading an image as softcopy. Subscription also allows you to print from your own vendors/online/local stores. It also allows you to re-size the image according to your size. For example if you have a poster hanging on your wall and you decide to change the poster alone keeping the frame, just subscribe and get a softcopy of the poster. Later you can use any online software to re-size the image to fit your existing poster frame. This is just a choice you can make by ordering a printed poster from Gluchy or just a softcopy so that you can print from where you want.

- How Game and Gluchy are related ?
Each gluchy poster has been designed with some sort of game in the mind. In each of the poster a game is hidden in way of vibrant colors and objects.There is no photography used in a Gluchy poster as the translated objects makes it interesting and tougher for the viewers to reveal the game. So you dont need to be in football field to play the game. You can do so now by just watching a Gluchy poster and playing it quitely..very quitely building a burning creative power inside.

- I have resolved a game..Now what ?
First, be proud that you have resolved the game as it is not an easy one to resolve a game just using Gluchy images. In other words, if you know that riddle earlier obviously it is easy to resolve it. The point is can you resolve the game just a given stock macro image and silhouettes. Secondly Gluchy doesn't challenges the users to resolve the game rather to take the users towards solving the game. It's all about how your thinking process was executed while resolving the game. In most of the cases you will find a chance to use that thought process to implement either at your home or at work. Gluchy is trying to give some credits to the users who had the interest and time in solving the game. Please stay tuned while this functionality is being implemented by Gluchy. - What is the size of Gluchy posters ? Can I order a custom one?
Currently Gluchy offers only size of 20 Inches of Height and 30 Inches of Width. Gluchy is trying to keep this size due to the cost printing. If you need a poster of higher or lower size please subscribe to download the image. After subscription you can request using our contact page for any custom size.Sorry we don't have any online tool currently available. Gluchy currently does not allow to upload any images for any custom size printing.

- What kind of logics I can submit ?
You can submit any logic or any problem which you think that can be interestingly translated into an image. Once your logic has been reviewed, Gluchy will create a poster and will be made avaible online. Gluchy values the customers time and effort and to recognize that Gluchy will record your name and logic into our Gluchy Book of Records which will be published l later. - where can I see if my posters were shipped or not ?.
Please use your primary gmail account which you used during the google checkout. Google should have sent you the order details and the status. Gluchy will order the poster for printing on the same day of the order. Gluchy web page does not show any status from order perspective as Gluchy does not get any billing information from the users. You will get an email notification once the posters have been shipped.

- Why Gluchy Posters are costly?
Gluchy offers a high quality printing and mounint options and that too canvas printing are always costly than the regular matte printing. Framing is important or sometimes more important than the art itself. Gatorboards are high quality frames that are used in shopping malls. You get the highest quality what's out there. If you think our Mounting options are costly, you can just download the image and get it mounted from your own prefered vendors.

- I have subscribed. Where and how I can download my poster ?
You will receive an email with the download instructions. Orders are processed everyday around 9 PM PST. Also please check the bulk/spam section as well as this depends based on your filter settings. If you have any problems, just send an email using our contact page and select the subject as "Download". We will send you a CD burned with your images.We apologise for the inconvenience.

- What are the various process involved from a scratch to the final Gluchy poster ?
As it would happen in making an animation movie it all starts with a storyboard. Once a logic has been identified it will be translated either into objects or just colors. Then the image translation would happen to see the possibilities of vibrant colors of CMYK combination. Once the flavours have been identified, then the image would be sent to the Image testers to see if there is an impact from viewing perspective. These image testers are not photography specialists. They are common people with no interest on themes or colors and as a result we get valuable thoughts on the image and then an image refinement would happen. Gluchy is currently researching for making the printing options available on demand basis even for custom size posters and until then Gluchy appreciates your patience.

- Is there any forum where I can post specific to a poster ?
Yes. Click the "!" icon at the bottom of the poster which will take you to a forum designed to capture comments for a specific poster.

- Extended and Standard License - Which one I need ?
In simple terms using a standard license, Gluchy just offers you to get printed from your own prefered printing vendors/online/local stores. You don't have any other rights on this image. Please see Standard license page for more details.

- When exactly you will charge my Credit Card ?
Gluchy will NOT charge any customers unless the order has been placed with the printing vendor. Once the orders are placed Gluchy does not offer any refunds. If you think you have placed by mistake please send an email to support@gluchy.com before 9 PM PST on the same day.
